Clint D. Van Trease has spent his entire legal career representing families, consumers, and businesses who have been injured or damaged by someone else’s conduct. Mr. Van Trease worked on several scholarly publications, including, but not limited to, legal and editorial assistant for the book, TEXAS LEGAL RESEARCH: AN ESSENTIAL LAWYERING SKILL by Lydia M.V. Brandt (Texas Lawyer Press 1995). He was also a member of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review, an honor society, and was a member of the Order of the Barristers and Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.

Early in his legal career, Mr. Van Trease had the privilege of working for two nationally known and state recognized Plaintiff’s trial lawyers, Boyd Waggoner and Steve Malouf, at Waggoner & Malouf, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas (now dissolved). At that firm, he was able to learn from two of the best trial lawyers in the State of Texas and helped them obtain tens of millions of dollars on behalf of their clients.
